We can provide onsite support of your IT equipment at no additional charge as part of our base support package. We will dispatch a technician to you site who will diagnose the issue. We will then issue a report of what is required to bring your equipment back to full operation.
If any repairs are needed, you have the choice of having us perform the repair or hiring a third party. Prior to us performing any repairs, you will be provided a complete cost proposal. If you decide to have a third party perform the work, we will cooperate with them to the fullest extent.
